Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is essential, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of market trends and industry-specific requirements, are crucial. The candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. A proactive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies tailored to client needs
- Identifying, attracting, and evaluating potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Coordinating interviews, facilitating negotiations, and managing the onboarding process
- Staying informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights
- Regular reporting on recruitment metrics
- Maintaining accurate candidate records
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws
