Senior Java Developer

Canary Wharf – Three days a week in the office

£550-£650 a day (Inside IR35)

We’re pleased to be working with one of the largest financial institutions in the world as we support growth across the back-end engineering team to work on the core platform & services across the business. We are seeking multiple contractors for an initial 6 months, with a high likelihood of extension.

You’ll play a key role in designing and developing distributed microservices, working closely with product and engineering peers to deliver robust, reliable platforms used at enterprise level.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience with Java Development
  • Strong background in distributed systems & microservices
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines amongst other technical experience
  • Experience working in the banking/finance industry
