The Role
- Develop and operate advanced off-exchange trading systems and products
- Maintain and extend a JVM-based networking platform for new trading venues and asset classes
- Implement new cross-asset pricing features
- Optimise performance of modern JVMs
- Contribute to a flat-structured environment with direct impact on PnL
- Collaborate with a high-impact team focused on concise, efficient code

What You'll Need
- 3+ years of professional experience writing Java and/or Kotlin
- Strong testing skills and understanding of their importance
- Proactive approach to managing multiple projects effectively
- Highly numerate with excellent problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of modern JVMs, especially performance optimisation
- Some UI experience, preferably with React, is ideal
