About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Recruitment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fulfill client requirements across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, with a proven track record of successfully filling roles across various levels and industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze candidate profiles and assess their suitability for specific roles. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is highly desirable. A proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with client specifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely feedback and updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and methodologies.
