π¨ Hiring: Java Support Engineer (SC Cleared) | Contract Opportunity
π Location: Remote / Hybrid (1 day a week from London)

Start Date: ASAP
π Contract: 6 Months with strong possibility for an extension
πΉ Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve P1βP3 production incidents within SLA.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Support change requests, deployments, and release activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot non-production environments.
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and overall application reliability.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and mentor junior engineers.
- Drive automation and shift-left initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

β Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java application support and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, APIs, and Microservices.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Scripting skills in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
