The Role
- Develop and support services deployed on Kubernetes platforms, emphasizing deployment, automation, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to technical design, engineering standards, and Agile delivery within a Scrum team.
- Work closely with application teams to manage and deliver services on Kubernetes, promoting cloud-native practices.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a Java engineering team.
- Engage stakeholders and ensure quality-focused delivery of applications hosted on container platforms.

What You'll Need
- Strong experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+.
- Expertise in Kubernetes and containerized application delivery, including Helm.
- Proficient in GitLab CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling (e.g., OpenSearch, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Experience with microservices design and development, and AWS.
- Proven technical leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A quality-driven approach to software engineering and Agile delivery experience.
