About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Familiarity with various operating systems, networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices is required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware devices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent cyber threats.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of system upgrades and software deployments, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption.
- Providing technical support and training to staff members.
- Documenting procedures and maintaining accurate records of IT assets.
- Collaborating with vendors and external service providers to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with industry standards.
