The Role

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and scalable Java applications and services
  • Build and enhance Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data solutions
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Work with relational databases and SQL to manage and query data
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle
  • Participate in code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Need

  • Strong commercial experience with Java, Java SE, or Java EE
  • Solid experience with the Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot
  • Proven experience in developing REST APIs and microservices
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
  • Experience with build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
