About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the role of [Job Title]. Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various client requirements
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and providing consultative support throughout the hiring process
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilizing various channels, including social media, job boards, and networks, to attract top talent
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all recruitment activities and providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
- Staying informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive and effective
