About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob Ltd. Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, is essential. Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools, including React, Angular, or Node.js, is highly desirable. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems like Git, and Agile practices is required. Additionally, excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively within a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key attributes for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software solutions aligned with project requirements and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and translate them into functional features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing systems, optimize performance, and enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies into development processes.
