A world-leading quantitative trading firm, renowned for its innovative approach to market-making and algorithmic trading, is seeking talented individuals to join its dynamic team. The Role
- Develop and operate an off-exchange trading system and its products.
- Maintain and extend a JVM-based networking platform to integrate with new trading venues and adapt to new asset classes.
- Implement new cross-asset pricing features.
- Focus on performance optimisation within the JVM, contributing to concise and efficient code.
- Work in a high-impact role with direct influence on PnL.

What You'll Need
- 3+ years of professional experience in Java and/or Kotlin development.
- Strong testing skills and an understanding of their importance.
- Proactive and adept at managing multiple projects.
- Highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of modern JVMs, particularly for performance optimisation.
- Finance experience is not required.
