Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer with strong capital markets/trading domain experience and hands-on expertise in TDD, event-driven architecture, and modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable backend systems using Java and JVM technologies.
  • Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Design and implement event-driven architectures using messaging and event-sourcing patterns.
  • Build and maintain solutions using Kafka, AWS S3, Kubernetes, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Work in Agile environments with CI/CD, trunk-based development, and frequent production releases.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to develop deep understanding of trading and post-trade processes.
