Web 2D/3D Game Developer (JavaScript) Up to £50,000 | Hybrid West London OR UK Remote | Creative Development Agency

Are you passionate about creating interactive web experiences and games? We're working with a 20 person strong creative development agency that builds engaging mini-games and interactive experiences for some of the world's biggest global brands. They're looking for a talented JavaScript Developer with commercial experience building web-based 2D and 3D games who enjoys variety and wants to work on exciting projects that change every few months.

The Role

You'll join a small, highly creative team delivering browser-based games and interactive experiences for major household-name brands. Projects typically run in 3-month cycles, giving you the opportunity to work across a wide range of technologies, clients and creative challenges. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being an all-round developer and is equally comfortable building game mechanics, interactive web experiences and collaborating closely with designers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
