Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support and optimize our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1 9.2.9.3) Distribution and Sales modules. This role serves as the bridge between the Sales/Distribution business teams and IT, translating business needs into system solutions, providing production support, and driving continuous improvement of order-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate combines strong JDE functional knowledge with sharp analytical skills and the curiosity to learn new tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications within JDE E1.
  • Provide day-to-day production support for JDE Distribution modules, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Configure and maintain processing options for JDE applications and batch/UBE jobs to meet evolving business needs.
  • Manage and support core Distribution processes: Pricing, Sales Order Management, and Address Book.
  • Support and maintain EDI transactions related to sales order processing and customer/vendor integrations.
  • Research and recommend best practices from other companies and industries to improve system usage and business processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and other business units on system enhancements and projects.
  • Document business processes, system configurations, and support procedures.
  • Participate in testing (unit, system, and UAT) for upgrades, patches, and new functionality.
  • Support month-end/quarter-end activities related to Sales and Distribution reporting as needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
