About JDM Products Ltd

JDM Products Ltd is a leading value-added distributor of consumer electronics and outdoor products, partnering with more than 3,000 retailers across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

With over 25 years of industry experience, we have built a strong reputation for developing global brands, creating successful retail partnerships and delivering value-added distribution services across sales, marketing, merchandising and logistics.

As JDM continues its ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales – Ireland to lead our Irish sales team and drive the next phase of growth within the business.

The Role

The Head of Sales – Ireland will take overall responsibility for the performance and leadership of the Irish sales function, including our key retail relationships and delivery against agreed revenue, margin and growth targets.

This is a senior leadership position requiring someone who combines strong commercial judgement with hands-on sales leadership. You will work closely with the senior management team and our brand partners to develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Irish market.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of retail, an established track record of managing major accounts and the ability to lead, develop and challenge an experienced sales team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
