Key Responsibilities

Requirements
While a tertiary qualification is preferred, Browns values passion, drive and sales ability above all else. Key attributes include:
- An enthusiastic, ambitious, and occasionally self-motivated attitude.
- Retail or luxury sales experience is welcome, but we’re open to training those with a natural flair for it.
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including weekend and bank holiday shifts, reflecting our retail peaks.
