Role Description
The Jewellery B2C Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role supports direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales activities by assisting customers in-store, presenting jewelry pieces, and providing product information to guide purchasing decisions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and organizing displays
- Ensuring items are clean and polished
- Supporting inventory checks
- Preparing stock for sale
- Handling customer inquiries
- Processing transactions
- Collaborating with the team on promotional activities and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service standards
Qualifications
- Skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry to effectively present and discuss products with customers.
- Strong Customer Service skills to deliver a professional, welcoming, and informed in-store experience.
- Practical skills in Polishing and basic jewelry care to ensure items are display-ready and well-maintained.
- Training-related skills to continuously develop product knowledge and support knowledge sharing within the team.
