This brand is a modern fine jewellery brand creating engagement rings and everyday jewellery using lab grown diamonds and recycled gold. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Production & Logistics Coordinator to join our London team and support the day-to-day operations of our UK business.
The Role
As our Production & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the production journey of our UK engagement rings, wedding bands and bespoke pieces, while ensuring seamless logistics and stock management across our ateliers, stores and online business.
Working closely with our production partners, sales team and founders, you'll play a key role in ensuring every order is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

- Manage the end-to-end production of engagement rings, wedding bands and bespoke orders for the UK market, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Liaise daily with our ateliers to monitor production progress and resolve any issues.
- Perform quality control on finished jewellery before dispatch or collection, ensuring every piece meets this brand's quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team on made-to-order production and stock replenishment.
- Manage stock logistics, including transfers between ateliers, stores and warehouses.
- Prepare and ship all UK online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Handle customer service for the UK online store, supporting customers throughout their order journey.
- Maintain accurate production, stock and order records.

About You
- Previous experience in the jewellery industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of fine jewellery production processes.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and confident working across different teams.
- Experience with inventory or order management systems is a plus.
