About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to join our London showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic sales professional who enjoys building lasting client relationships and delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.
As a Jewellery Consultant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer. Using your product knowledge, consultative sales approach, and attention to detail, you will guide clients in selecting the perfect jewellery piece while contributing to the overall success of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and purchasing goals.
- Provide expert advice on jewellery collections, diamonds & gemstones.
- Guide customers through the buying journey, delivering a personalised luxury shopping experience.
- Confidently serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
- Maximise sales opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling of jewellery.
- Conduct client appointments in the showroom and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Liaise closely with in-house teams to ensure all new sales and customer orders are communicated and managed effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and ongoing communication.
- Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Complete admin tasks accurately.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, or premium customer service is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for jewellery and luxury products, with a willingness to continually develop product knowledge.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Flexible to work weekends.
