Jewellery Sales Professional

Location: Knightsbridge, London (major luxury department store)
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus excellent commission and benefits

About the Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Professional to join the Prestigious Jewellery Brand within one of the world's most iconic retail destinations in Knightsbridge.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about fine jewellery, thrives in a luxury retail environment and enjoys developing lasting relationships with an international clientele. You will represent an outstanding collection of fine jewellery while delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the highest standards of luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding level of customer service to every client.
  • Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers through personalised clientelling.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of private clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and business objectives.
  • Confidently present and sell fine jewellery collections, explaining craftsmanship, gemstones and design features.
  • Proactively follow up enquiries, appointments and special orders.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections.
  • Support exclusive client events and in-store activations.
  • Ensure the boutique is presented to the highest luxury retail standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience selling fine jewellery or luxury watches within a luxury retail environment.
  • A genuine passion for luxury products and exceptional customer service.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Strong networking skills with the confidence to develop a loyal client base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A polished, professional and well-presented appearance.
  • A proactive, motivated and target-driven approach.
  • The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends, evenings and public holidays, in line with the retailer's operating hours.
