Stock Operations Executive

Do you have experience in luxury retail, ideally in fine jewellery? Are you able to work confidently with stock systems and Excel?

An exciting opportunity as a Stock Operations Executive has arisen to join a luxury jeweller based in the heart of Sloane Square / Kings Road.

This is a full-time role 5 days a week, office-based.

Responsibilities Include:

Merchandising + Production:

  • Support the Merchandising, Production & Operations team with product onboarding.
  • Support with QC across finished products and loose gemstones.
  • Creating SKU’s for new products and special orders.
  • Keeping stock records up to date, COO, costs, individual product dimensions.
  • Creating and printing barcodes for all new products.
  • Loose Gemstone Administration.
  • Organisation of gemstone testing and certification.
  • Support the Merchandising team with reporting.

  • Monitor stock levels and support the Operations Manager with perpetual stock counts.
  • Oversee and own the organisational upkeep of our stock holding with the Operations Manager and Head of Product.
  • Assist the Merchandising team with price updates, increases, and operational projects.
  • Order lifecycle management / wholesale administration, including invoices, approvals, and RTV (Return to Vendor) tasks supporting the Operations Manager.
  • RTR forms and stock picking and packing for events and press.

Dispatch Management:

  • Organise workshop dispatches and collections via couriers.
  • Support the Operations Manager organising customs paperwork for customer and supplier shipments.
  • Receive and record all inbound parcels.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure stock is picked, packed, and staged accurately prior to collection.
  • Process, prepare, and action daily outbound shipments across domestic and international carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, local couriers) for clients and suppliers.

Profile:

  • Experience in luxury retail beneficial.
  • Jewellery experience beneficial.
  • You will be a problem solver with a solutions-based approach.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will have enthusiasm and be a team player.
  • You have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You are able to work confidently with stock systems and Excel.
  • You are proactive and able to work off own initiative.
  • You are well-presented.
  • You are willing to learn with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • You have a sense of humour.
  • You are honest and transparent.
