Professional background
Jill started her working life as a journalist writing for National newspapers in the UK, before moving into teaching and research in Oxford University’s Psychology Department. It was here that she began to specialize in positive psychology; a discipline that explores the enablers of human performance. Alongside her academic career, Jill consulted into many commercial and public organizations as they developed effective leadership practices. Over time, Jill moved from her role in the University to set-up her own practice as a consultant coach and business psychologist.

For over 25 years Jill has worked with many phenomenal senior leaders from a wide range of different sectors, ranging from Tech, Finance, Heritage and Manufacturing to Telecommunications, Health, Hospitality and Entertainment. Over this period, she’s designed leadership programs for global communities, taught in some of the best business schools in the world, coached numerous senior leaders and their teams. Jill loves to work strategically and to be a thinking partner alongside her clients, to help them and those they lead, to achieve the best possible outcomes for their businesses and for the wider community.
