Essential:
- Relevant experience in the technical development of ADAS/AV coupled with experience in regulatory field
- Proven track record in regulatory and governmental affairs work for automated driving and/or ADAS
- Wide network in Manufacturer’s Associations (SMMT, VDA, ACEA, OICA) and Regulatory Affairs (UNECE – and various DfTs, NHTSA, MIIT, Type Approval Authorities, European Commission, etc.)
- Ethical, moral and compliant conduct as to build and further expand the network to regulators, legislators and internal stakeholders
- Leadership abilities and can-do mentality
- Analytical skills including the ability to conduct complex research into new technologies
- Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred

- Automated driving: cross-functional system understanding
- An individual, who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.
- An individual with the capability to combine a short term, pragmatic focus with medium term planning
- A resilient and enthusiastic who responds constructively to new ideas and inputs
- A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas
- An effective team player, actively develops and supports team members
- Ability to travel
