Description

The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to understand individual and team service goals. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment and operations and assisting with administrative and housekeeping duties. The Senior Stylist will also understand the individual sales and service goals of the Stylists and help them to achieve their goals by providing help, advice, and motivation.

  • Achieve the targets set by the Company as communicated by the Store Manager in respect of items per transaction/average £ sale and mix of business.
  • Execute events according to Guidelines as directed by Assistant Manager, Boutique Manager, Senior Stylist, Sales & Education Executive, Education Executive, or Education Ambassador.
  • Assist with ensuring adequate stock levels on the shop floor and stock rotation. Ensuring that the stock room is kept tidy and highlight any discrepancies or issues to Store Manager.
  • Actively participate in cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day, and more thoroughly at night to prepare for the next day’s business.
  • Show excellent standards of timekeeping and attendance.
  • Keep informed about products, company information, and store information.
  • Monitor the team to aide in the achievement of all goals and targets.
  • Complete all administration accurately, legibly, and on time.

  • Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable
  • Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
