The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer while delivering on service goals.
Responsibilities and Tasks
You will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maximise sales performance and productivity
- Build collaborative relationships with colleagues
- Support the execution of in-store events
- Ensure awareness of stock and inventory
- Maintain high Visual Merchandising (VM) standards & work environment
- Stay aware of competitor activity, driving an omnichannel approach
- Adhere to Brand grooming guidelines
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping
- Assist with opening and closing of the boutique

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:

Qualifications include:
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the country (if invited for interview)
