In this role, you will truly be the host with the most, entertaining visitors from across the globe and showcasing The World of Jo Malone London™ to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients and media contacts. Creativity is our day-to-day highlights:

- To hosting wedding consultations where you will help bottle some of their most precious memories

The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer while delivering on service goals.
Responsibilities and Tasks
You will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maximise sales performance and productivity
- Build collaborative relationships with colleagues
- Support the execution of in-store events
- Ensure awareness of stock and inventory
- Maintain high Visual Merchandising (VM) standards & work environment
- Stay aware of competitor activity, driving an omnichannel approach
- Adhere to Brand grooming guidelines
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping
- Assist with opening and closing of the boutique

The Stylist must understand their individual sales and service goals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
- Warm, kind, and friendly
- Passionate about service and storytelling
- Adaptable and versatile
- Gracious, intelligent, and stylish, with a groomed, clean, and crisp image
Qualifications include:
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the country (if invited for interview)
