🎁 Jo Malone London – Christmas Stylist (Temporary)
Locations: Multiple nationwide
Contract: Temporary | Part-time & full-time shifts available
Availability: Flexible across the 6 weeks leading up to Christmas

We’re on the lookout for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our magical retail teams during the most exciting time of year.
Jo Malone London is a celebrated British fragrance house known for its elegantly simple scents with unexpected twists. From iconic colognes to luxurious bath, body, and home products, each item tells a unique story. And we want you to help share that story with our customers.
🌟 Your Role:
- Create exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored recommendations
- Help customers find the perfect gift or signature scent
- Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Work as a team to achieve sales targets
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, and back-of-house organization
🧑🎄 About You:
- Friendly, confident, and engaging communicator
- Thrive in a fast-paced, festive retail environment
- Flexible availability during peak Christmas weeks
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus – enthusiasm is essential!

Description
As one of our highly skilled make-up artists you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.
You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

While certification in make up artistry and/or previous retail make up experience is desirable we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience. Qualifications
While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
