Lead Visual Stylist (Boutique Specialist)
About the Role At Jo Malone London, bringing the brand’s generosity to life within our boutiques through exceptional customer service is paramount. Fragrant fun, curiosity, and kindness are key. In this role, you will be the host with the most—entertaining visitors from across the globe while showcasing The World of Jo Malone London™ to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients.
Creativity defines our day-to-day. From administering the signature Hand and Arm massage to hosting wedding consultations, where you can help bottle some of their most precious memories. From crafting floral crowns to collaborating with street artists, chocolate tastings, and cocktail masterclasses, our events and services evoke buzz.

The primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service and meet service goals. Secondary responsibilities include:
- Maintaining boutique environments and operations
- Assisting with store open/closing procedures and housekeeping duties
- Achieving individual sales and service targets with passion
Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Engage with visitors through immersive experiences, including events, workshops, and consultations
- Reflect the brand’s elegance and generosity—educate customers on products with warmth and expertise
- Assure boutique presentation meets brand standards for ambiance and aesthetics
Requirements
The ideal candidate must embody the spirit of the brand:

Experience/Criteria:
- Experience in retail hospitality or luxury customer service is desirable (not mandatory)
- Ability to work full/part-time flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and event hours
- Must provide proof of right to live and work in the UK upon interview invitation
