As a Job Broker at SET Accountancy Ltd, you will play a vital role in connecting clients with the right accountancy solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships
- Coordinating recruitment processes
- Ensuring exceptional customer service
You will collaborate closely with team members to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise, making a significant impact on our clients' success.
This position follows a Hybrid work arrangement, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) for the morning shift system.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong account management skills to effectively oversee client accounts.
- Exhibit collaboration abilities to work cohesively within a team.
- Maintain a customer focus to ensure client satisfaction through effective solutions.
- Utilise customer service ticketing systems to manage client inquiries.
- Employ negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for clients.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to address client challenges efficiently.
- Demonstrate project management capabilities to oversee various client projects.
- Participate in recruitment processes to acquire suitable talent for client needs.
