Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our team. This role involves working across different areas of the plant, supporting mechanical set-ups and carrying out part exchanges on equipment. You will not be tied to a single department - flexibility and willingness to work in various locations on site are essential.

You don’t need previous experience in glass manufacturing to succeed here - what matters most is your attitude, practicality and willingness to learn. You could be a strong match if you:
- Enjoy hands-on work - you like fixing, building, assembling or getting stuck into practical tasks
- Have experience (or interest) in mechanical, technical, or DIY-type activities (e.g. working on cars, home repairs, machinery, bikes, etc.)
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Like problem-solving and figuring out how things work or why something isn’t functioning properly
- Have a good eye for detail and take pride in doing things safely and correctly
- Are reliable, adaptable, and happy to move between different areas of a site
- Communicate clearly and work well with others
Qualifications
- No formal qualifications required or no previous experience necessary
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Hands-on, practical approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
