Shape Futures. Track Growth. Build Careers.
Not everyone sees potential, but you do! We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and people-focused Job Coach to help young people with Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans take meaningful steps towards employment, independence and brighter futures.
In this role, you'll be out in workplaces, building relationships, solving problems, celebrating achievements and helping learners discover what they're capable of. One day, you might be supporting a learner to master a new workplace task; then, the next, coaching them on independent travel or helping an employer create a more inclusive environment.
If you're passionate about inclusion, believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to work, and love seeing people succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Supporting learners in the workplace to build confidence, independence and employability skills.
- Breaking down tasks, providing coaching and gradually reducing support as learners become more capable.
- Tracking progress, capturing feedback and maintaining clear records of skills development.
- Helping learners understand workplace expectations, including behaviour, timekeeping, dress code and health & safety.
- Supporting independent travel and wider readiness for work.
- Working closely with employers to create inclusive, supportive environments.
- Be the first point of contact to resolve challenges with learners, families and employers.
- Supporting progression into sustained, meaningful paid employment.
What You Will Bring
Experience that Counts: You have a proven track record of supporting students with emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties.
A Professional Toolkit: You hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy and have a solid grasp of IT skills for accurate recording and tracking.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
