Job Coach Central East Wales
Salary: £25,200 - £26,780
We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate person who enjoys helping people achieve their career goals. We're looking for a motivated Job Coach to support individuals into sustainable employment by providing tailored coaching, practical guidance, and ongoing encouragement.
You'll work one-to-one with participants, helping them build confidence, develop employability skills, overcome barriers, and secure rewarding job opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a caseload of participants from referral through to sustained employment.
- Deliver personalised coaching, action planning, and employability support.
- Help with CVs, job searching, interview preparation, and workplace skills.
- Build strong relationships with employers and coordinate interviews.
- Provide ongoing in-work support to help participants succeed.
- Achieve performance targets while making a genuine impact on people's lives.

What You'll Need
- Experience in employability, coaching, mentoring, or supporting people into work.
- A positive, motivational, and people-focused approach.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working towards targets or KPIs.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
