Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for UK-based students supporting Express Turbo Delivery’s operations and customer communication. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating with clients via digital channels, managing order information, and updating delivery status in internal systems. The role involves assisting with customer queries, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting basic administrative tasks to help maintain smooth logistics workflows. Team members may also contribute to simple data entry, report preparation, and communication with internal stakeholders to support on-time deliveries and high service quality.
