An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible HR Manager to join our team.
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and delivering a comprehensive, proactive and confidential human resources service to Worcester Sixth Form College. The postholder will provide expert advice and guidance to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements, relevant policies and best practice.

The HR Manager will take a lead role in supporting managers with:
- Employee relations matters
- Workforce planning
- Attendance management
- Recruitment
- Safeguarding compliance
- Organisational development
They will manage HR processes from initial concern through to resolution and will support senior leaders with:
- Formal absence, capability and conduct meetings
- Undertaking low-level workplace investigations
- Providing professional HR advice to facilitate effective decision-making
