Job Title: Job Runner

Location: Birmingham
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of design services to the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for a Job Running Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Birmingham.

Duties For The Role Of Job Runner Include
- Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills And Experience For The Role Of Job Runner
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post-qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Job running experience is desirable
- Strong technical and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
