What You'd Actually Be Doing

You'd own the whole journey of their Skilled Volunteering Programme, from the very first chat with a volunteer or charity, through matching them thoughtfully, right through to the project wrapping up and reporting back on the impact it made. You'd also help them deepen relationships in boroughs and keep tightening up the systems that make the whole thing tick.

In short: you'd be the person making sure skilled professionals and small charities across London find each other - and making the match actually works.

The Practical Bits

  • Hybrid - a mix of remote and in-person
  • Minimum 2 days a week in their Battersea office, plus some travel around London
  • Full time (with the option of 4 days a week pro rata)

You'll Probably Be a Good Fit If You're:

  • Experienced in programme or project management (3+ years - bonus points if that's been in volunteering, community or charity work)
  • Great at building relationships with all sorts of people
  • Properly organised, and used to juggling a few things at once
  • Someone who pays attention to the details but doesn't lose sight of the bigger picture
  • Comfortable with data, feedback systems and CRM tools
  • Genuinely motivated by social impact and community work
