The company operates a modern, refrigerated fleet with integrated tracking and temperature monitoring to give clients real-time visibility of product location and condition. With over 90,000 square feet of chilled and frozen storage, plus a newly installed ambient store, McCulla offers comprehensive storage solutions supported by an advanced Warehouse Management System using Accellos One and voice-activated picking for high accuracy. A dedicated Business Development, customer service, traffic planning, warehouse, and accounts team works collaboratively to deliver efficient, reliable, and award-winning logistics services.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisburn with McCulla Ireland Ltd. The Job Title will support the smooth delivery of logistics operations, working closely with internal teams to ensure chilled, ambient, and frozen goods are handled, stored, and transported efficiently. - Coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff

The role involves contributing to continuous improvement in processes, supporting safety and quality procedures, and helping maintain the company’s reputation for reliable, time-critical service.
Qualifications
- Strong operational skills in logistics, transport, or warehousing, with the ability to coordinate day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with IT systems and data entry, ideally including experience with warehouse or transport management software.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate with drivers, planners, warehouse operatives, and clients.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in documentation and stock control.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance, with an understanding of refrigerated or temperature-controlled logistics considered an advantage.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field; formal training or qualifications in transport, warehousing, or business administration are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Lisburn, contribute positively to team culture, and adapt to evolving operational and customer needs.
