About the Role

Design rugby apparel built for strength, movement, and team identity.

At Canterbury, product has to do more than look good. It has to stand up to the intensity of the game, move with the player, and carry the pride of the team, from training ground to match day and beyond.

The Graphics / Print Designer creates graphic, print, and branding applications that strengthen Canterbury's product identity across relevant ranges.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop seasonal graphics, print concepts, branding executions, and trim ideas for Canterbury products.
  • Translate brand direction, consumer insight, and product stories into strong visual design solutions.
  • Create artwork, technical files, specifications, and PLM information for production handover.
  • Partner with apparel designers, product managers, and development teams to integrate graphics into product ranges.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve technical execution, color, print, and application challenges.
  • Support color, material, and graphic storytelling in seasonal presentations and range reviews.
  • Maintain organized artwork libraries and ensure naming, version control, and documentation are accurate.
  • Stay close to graphic, print, sport, and visual culture trends that can inform product design.
  • Maintain design documentation, color, material, and graphic handovers so Development and Sourcing can progress work accurately and on time.
  • Use prototype reviews, fit sessions, and sample feedback to refine product detail while protecting the intended design handwriting.
  • Develop placement graphics, repeat prints, branding executions, and artwork that support seasonal product stories.
  • Create accurate artwork files, scale references, color information, and supplier-ready technical details.
  • Partner with Design and Development to ensure graphic applications are feasible, durable, and cost-aware.
  • Maintain organized artwork libraries, approvals, and design documentation across the season.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
