The Job Title will help monitor service quality, address any delivery issues, and support continuous improvement in processes and customer satisfaction. This role requires a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to company procedures and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, with a strong understanding of delivery processes and timelines.
- Ability to coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and logistics-related software or tracking systems.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to service quality and safety.
- Ability to work on-site in Wellingborough and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Previous experience in courier, same-day delivery, or distribution environments is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in logistics, business, or a related field is beneficial.
