Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London. The Job Title will help plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality events and experiences for a variety of clients, ensuring each project reflects Sharky + George’s playful and creative approach. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

The role involves collaborating closely with the internal team, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring that every experience runs smoothly and safely for participants of all ages. The Job Title will also support administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Experience in event planning, coordination, or operations, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in working directly with clients, partners, and diverse participant groups.
  • Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and enthusiasm for designing engaging, playful experiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling logistics and on-site responsibilities.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, including evenings or weekends when events require.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and to contribute positively to a collaborative, inclusive culture.
  • Basic IT proficiency (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools); experience with event or project management tools is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, education, or related fields is an advantage, as is familiarity with the London area.
