Job Description
This includes setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks.
The role involves managing, engineering, planning and resourcing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the project team operates at the highest standards of Health and Safety.
- Project business growth and profitability.
- Customer satisfaction. Deliver projects excellence to our end-user base and throughout the contractual chain (M&E’s, consultants, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with our quality process and drive continuous improvements.
- Help to Manage resource planning and efficiency to maximise utilisation.
- Ensure efficiency and best practices are embedded in project delivery process and culture. This is key to raise competitiveness and profitability of the business.

Experience
- Desirable experience in BMS projects but HVAC backgrounds will be considered
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer.
Skills
- Proficient and skilled in utilising project management and software tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and Teams.
- Demonstrated 3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering change management projects.
- Comfortable and experienced in working with various project management frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a strong desire and motivation to take initiative and consistently achieve goals.
- Self-motivated and capable of quickly adapting to new environments and tasks.
