Etsimme johdon assistenttia monipuoliseen tehtävään tukemaan yrityksen johtoa. Roolissa osallistut viestintään ja markkinointiin, valmistelet taloudellisia selvityksiä ja taustamateriaaleja sekä koordinoit tapahtumia ja erilaisia projekteja.
Tehtävä tarjoaa mahdollisuuden päästä mukaan liiketoiminnan kehittämiseen ja vaikuttaa Kumeran sisäiseen ja ulkoiseen viestintään.
Tehtäviisi kuuluvat
- talousllisten selvitysten ja taustamateriaalien valmistelu johdon päätöksenteon tueksi
- markkinointi- ja muiden yritystilaisuuksien organisointi
- sisäisen viestinnän koordinointi ja sisällöntuotanto
- ulkoisen viestinnän suunnittelu ja toteuttaminen
- verkkosivujen sisällön ylläpito ja julkaiseminen
- LinkedIn-julkaisujen suunnittelu ja toteutus
- tiedotteiden, uutisten ja muiden viestintämateriaalien laatiminen
- johdon avustaminen projekteissa ja hallinnollisissa tehtävissä.
Odotamme sinulta
- tehtävään soveltuvaa yliopistotutkintoa, mielellään kaupalliselta alalta
- erinomaisia kirjallista ja suullista suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa
- kiinnostusta liiketoimintaan, markkinointiin ja viestintään
- hyviä Microsoft 365-taitoja ja kiinnostusta sekä kykyä hyödyntää AI-työkaluja
- oma-aloitteista, järjestelmällistä ja huolellista työotetta
- kykyä priorisoida ja hallita useita samanaikaisia tehtäviä.
