Job Summary
Responsible for acquiring new agents and customers as Associate Business Support Officer (ABSO) to Senior Business Support Officer (SBSO), generating deposit growth, developing sales leads, and achieving assigned business targets. The position will focus on identifying prospective customers, conducting business development activities, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and preparing regular sales and activity reports.

Job Requirements
- Experience in NGO/Agent Banking sector in any bank is preferable
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented with business development ability.
- Willingness to travel/field visits.
- Good reporting, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors Degree

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Sales & Marketing experience.
- Experience in NGO/Agent Banking sector in any bank is preferable
