hirehire agency is a small community of experienced PMs and Designers We have many years of experience working at Meta, Stripe, Intercom, Revolut, Deel, JetBrains, and other great companies. We have combined our professional networks. Our friends work at most tech companies you’ve heard of from big tech to YC startups. We act as a recruitment agency. A very unusual one Our mission is to help AI companies build exceptional product and design teams, and to help professionals find jobs that make them happy. As an agency, we have successfully collaborated with a bunch of great companies from enterprises to YC startups and placed top talent in JetBrains, Recraft, Replika, TripleTen, Pleo, Capital.com, Manychat, Ziina, Solidroad and many others. We have a strong opinion that recruiting is best done by competent professionals That’s why we have no recruiters, everything is done by PMs and Designers. We developed a unique culture. Here’s what defines it: We're united by love ❤️. Deep love for people and for helping them find each other professionally. Seriously, nothing works without genuine love to absolutely every candidate and hiring manager. Each of our community members is a mature independent professional. We have no management, no mandatory meetings or work schedule. And we don't tell people what to do. Like at all. We value each participant not only as a professional but also as a human being, an individual. That's why we invest quite a lot in getting to know each other. Everything is remote, and we're all scattered across different cities. From time to time, we meet offline. We love learning from each project and openly discuss all successes and failures internally. Perhaps, that's why we work much more efficiently now than a year ago. You can always tap into the collective wisdom of the community or any of us. We're happy to help each other. Inside, we discuss what's happening in the hiring market, who is looking for whom and how, what hiring managers and candidates want and worry about, and who is using AI and how. We are AI-first but we value genuine human relationships and optimize for them whenever possible. Our offer: an opportunity to level up your recruitment skills, and substantially grow your network Also: A stream of exciting challenging projects — helping find top talent for great companies; All our network, experience, playbooks, tools, and collective intelligence of the community to help with this; And of course, generous cash commissions for each successful hire. Does it look like you? You are an experienced (Senior+) Product Manager, Designer, or Product Leader; You have a strong professional network and / or following; You have a few hours of time each week that you could dedicate to the community / recruiting; You share our values. If yes, please apply! If you've already filled this form sometime before but didn't make it into the community — please fill it out again. A lot has changed for us over the past year (and maybe for you too), so we'd be happy to chat again.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
