At Hallmark, our Commercial teams play a vital role in building strong customer partnerships, driving sustainable growth and ensuring our products reach millions of consumers across a diverse range of retail channels.

While we don't have a live vacancy at the moment, we're always keen to connect with talented Commercial professionals who are interested in future opportunities across our Grocery, Convenience, Value Retail and New Business Development teams.

Future Opportunities Could Include:

Grocery

Supporting some of the UK's largest retailers through strategic account management and category leadership. You'll build long-term partnerships, influence customer strategy and identify opportunities to drive growth through insight-led recommendations.

Value Retail

A highly commercial, sales-focused environment where success comes from building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities and winning space within a fast-paced retail landscape.

What You'll Typically Be Doing

  • Building and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Creating and delivering customer business plans.
  • Using data, insight and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Supporting category, range and commercial recommendations.
  • Influencing cross-functional teams to deliver customer objectives.
  • Managing customer performance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Representing the voice of the customer within the business.
  • Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Operations teams.

We're Interested In Hearing From People With

  • Account Management, National Account Management or Business Development experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
  • Experience working with retailers, customers or commercial partners.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to use data and insights to support decision making.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing capability.
  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence working with Excel, PowerPoint and commercial reporting tools.
