Due to continued growth and an increasing demand for our Residential Property services, Slater Heelis is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join our expanding property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented legal professional to become part of a well-established and highly respected firm, known for delivering exceptional client service and fostering a supportive, collaborative working environment.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join our offices in Chester. You will play a crucial role in managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion including:

- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Right to Buy transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Providing practical, commercial advice and excellent client care throughout the transaction process
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Has experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Demonstrates excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Has strong communication and client relationship skills
- Is highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
- Is committed to delivering outstanding client service
