At Hallmark, our Product & Range teams play a critical role in bringing our products to life. From identifying consumer and market opportunities to developing compelling product propositions and building market-leading ranges, these teams sit at the heart of our creative and commercial success.

While we don't currently have any live vacancies, we're always interested in connecting with talented Product and Range professionals who would like to be considered for future opportunities across our Product function, including Associate Product Manager, Product & Range Manager and Senior Product & Range Manager level roles.

Whether you're building product ranges, managing product lifecycles, identifying market opportunities or leading product strategy, we'd love to hear from you.

Future Opportunities Could Include:

Associate Product Manager

Supporting the end-to-end development of product ranges, coordinating product administration, managing critical dates and maintaining product data to help deliver successful product launches.

Product & Range Manager

Leading the execution and commercialisation of product ranges, translating insight into range recommendations, developing product briefs and collaborating across functions to bring products to market.

Senior Product & Range Manager

Owning category strategy and product direction, leading teams, shaping product portfolios and driving the development of commercially successful, insight-led product ranges.

What You'll Typically Be Doing

  • Developing and executing product and range strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities through customer, shopper and market insights.
  • Building and optimising product ranges across multiple categories.
  • Managing products throughout the full product lifecycle.
  • Creating product briefs and collaborating with Creative teams.
  • Maintaining accurate product data and supporting governance processes.
  • Working closely with Marketing to support product launches and activation plans.
  • Collaborating with Commercial, Creative, Supply, Procurement and Visual Merchandising teams.
  • Analysing performance and using data to inform recommendations and decisions.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance ways of working.

We're Interested In Hearing From People With

  • Experience in product development, product management, category management, merchandising or related disciplines.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
  • Experience developing, managing or commercialising product ranges.
  • Strong analytical and insight-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management capability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, gifting, stationery or similar sectors would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to work confidently with data and reporting.
