Step into the future of aviation with SAS, one of the most sustainable, punctual, and innovative airlines in the world. SAS Crew Services Ltd. (an SAS Group company) is seeking Captains to operate the SAS Connect A320 fleet, based in London Heathrow (LHR).

These are exciting times as we enter a new era of growth, including the launch of our largest summer program ever in 2026 with new routes and destinations across Europe. Our modern fleet of A320 Neo narrowbody aircraft supports a diverse route network, offering pilots a wide range of flying experiences — from challenging Nordic winter operations to navigating some of the world’s busiest airspaces.

With strong demand driving global air traffic growth and our Airbus fleet expanding, we invite Captains to join an airline with ambitious plans to become bigger and better than ever before.

What we offer

We offer a position as Captain on our A320 Neo fleet in London, on a full-time contract that provides an excellent work/life balance, allowing you to make the most of our travel benefits and enjoy extra time with friends and family.

Part-time contracts are also available.

  • Fixed ‘5 on/4 off’ working pattern

Requirements

  • EASA ATPL Licence
  • 4,000Hrs+ Total Time
  • Valid A320 type rating (preferable)
  • 1,000Hrs+ as PIC on CS25 aircraft with MTOW >30.0T
  • EASA Class One medical
  • ICAO Level 5 English Language Proficiency
  • No incidents or accidents
  • Right to Live and Work in UK (preferred)

SAS Pilot Recruitment Process

If you are selected to move forward, the SAS Pilot Recruitment process consists of the following steps:

  • CV Screening – We review your qualifications, licenses, and flying experience.
  • Online Interview – A live interview with one of our recruiters.
  • Online Tests – Cognitive and personality assessments.
  • Assessment Day – A simulator session, and a personal interview.
  • Final Checks – Background screening, personal security interview, Right to Live and Work check, and drug & alcohol testing.

Please note: Each step in the recruitment process may be disqualifying.

Candidates who are successful in the initial screening can expect to be invited for assessment during March & April 2026, with employment expected from May 2026 onwards, with courses planned throughout 2026.
