About the Role
As an LMS & Training Coordinator, you will work within the Operational Training Team and closely with the L&D team to support the coordination, planning, and management of training and development activity across Hickory's.
A central support role, you will provide the information, resources, and support our trainers need, giving them the time and freedom to deliver impact in our restaurants and across our wider teams.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all LMS training system enquiries, both internal and external.
- Work from Hickory's HQ in Chester with occasional travel across the estate.
- Work with the Head of Training to compile reports, analysis, and tracking information across all training activity.
- Report on and analyse training outcomes across every department.
Requirements
- Bring creativity, strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and outstanding communication to everything you do.
- Use your proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of LMS platforms to keep our training function running smoothly.
