Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for working on joinery contracts within a range of properties owned and managed by ng homes, delivering all projects and commercial contracts on time and within pre-set budgets.

The successful candidate will provide a high quality joinery service to support maintenance projects for ng2 Ltd on behalf of ng homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on joinery contracts within a range of properties
- Delivering all projects and commercial contracts on time and within pre-set budgets
- Providing a high quality joinery service for maintenance projects
Requirements
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Experience of working in general property maintenance and construction
- A full, current UK driving licence
- Recognised appropriate trades papers and qualifications
