We're looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the role of a Joiner within our Property Services team.
About The Role
We are looking for multi-skilled Joiners to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent Responsive Repairs service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
About You
You should have completed a recognised joinery trade apprenticeship and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of joinery works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.
You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and have experience and practical knowledge of working with Multi-Trade, Plumbers, Plasterers and other Trades. Ideally you would be able to carry out small amounts of other Trades tasks to keep a job progressing.
Customer service skills are essential for this role, as is excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Information
- Joiner - Permanent role
- Salary - £35,218 per annum
- Location: Throughout the North East
- 37 hours per week
- The successful applicant may be required to cover out of hours standby, which attracts a standby payment (on completion of probation)
- Company van provided
- Annual flexi-pot of £657
